Using the Wii and Social Networking to Promote Cognitive, Physical, and Social Engagement among Seniors

The Nintendo Wii is being integrated into many nursing homes and elderly care facilities around the nation in order to engage seniors cognitively, physically, and socially. This project builds on the cognitive, physical and social engagement for seniors by developing a game for the Wii.

Fast and Slow: Visual Communication

Fast and slow are visually presented by using only lowercase letters in the Times New Roman font set. Done for S250, a graphic design course, this project uses visual design principles to communicate an abstract concept of speed.

Customer Training Program for the Avaya One-X Phone System

Cincinnati based company, Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions, introduced a new commercial phone system, the Avaya One-X Quick Edition. This project was focused around creating a multimedia based training program that was be distributed to all customers using this system.

Use and Training for OnCourse at Indiana University

As an online collaborative project, Oncourse encourages communication between students and faculty members, as well as creates a convenient environment to manage course information. This project assess the training resources available to faculty, staff, and students and provides suggestions for improvement on the current training programs.
